I visited the store in Willowbrook, Bristol this morning - im a regualr customer and Ive never left a review before. I ate inside and saw people come in and the staff working. The staff were brilliant at going quickly but not looking flustered. Special mention for Nick who served me - he had full management over a long queue and made his way through it impressively. Lovely guy and team working today.

Always takes absolutely ages to get served here. Longer than any greggs I've ever experienced. I have been in line 10 minutes and I'm still only just in the door.

They sell pastries that have been on the shelves for hours . I bought some and they were stone cold . It's the perfect habitat for food poisoning. I had to wait 20 mins to get hot pastries as they can't reheat the pastries to make them safe to eat .Two stars for the the staff otherwise would give a 0 if possible.

The reason for a 1 star for service was purely based on how long I waited to be served as there were 3 staff on. 1 making up online orders and a 2nd person putting more items in the oven. It must have been about 10 minutes and it was about 9.00 am. Perhaps they were short staffed.

Only ever one member of staff serving in this greggs all though you can see 3 others behind the scenes.Average 15 minute wait to be served by staff that couldn't care less.All tables filthyFloor filthy .No apologies for the wait or lack of products.Doesn't mater when you come to this greggs it's always the same

Being in a rush area, this store is quite busy. Not quite costumer focused anyway people are coming as Greggs as brand attracting people. Being busy place still served cold Bakes , couldn't return after one bite. Generally Greggs are good but this store I didn't like it.
