Was initially really cross my parcel did not come and I got a message saying 'we tried to deliver but you weren't in' - was cross enough to phone and complain. Both on the phone and via the live chat, the staff were very supportive.\\n\\nA little later on I had a phone call from the delivery driver who came back and delivered my parcel, so thank you.

They didn't deliver it to home even though I was home. Had to go to the collection point. The staff is good and friendly there

Joanna offered a great service and calmed the situation. I had called customer services to check when the depot would close and I was informed it closes at 7pm so as long as I get there by 6.30pm I should be fine. Upon reaching the depot on time as directed by CS, I was informed the bags had already been sealed and my package would not be accepted, not even accepted and send the next business day! So I had to travel back an hour home and back the next day!!

Only a couple of customer parking places, all full even though there were no other customers inside. Nobody at reception, and nobody showed up for ages when I called the bell on the desk.The member of staff that finally came out was kind and helpful, but clearly over worked.

The number on your website does not connect! I redirected my parcel to collection for Newport branch, I've now been told its in Bristol. Plus it says not open on weekends for me to complete!!!!

Got an email saying my parcel would be delivered 22nd December, it wasn't. So 23rd I called the customer service (very helpful) and they said it wouldn't be delivered then either BUT they gave the option to collect from their depot. This I did and the Polish lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. 5 stars to her and the customer service. 4 star overall as I had to go pick it up myself lol

We were at home for 2 days for parcel being delivered but the first day driver doesn?t bother to walk up even the collection card was rubbed on the path, 2nd day even has no collection card left and all saying no one at home? our camera show no one come! Come on express were not this way, shouldn?t . Do respect the hard working delivery but not this kind of attitude.

10/10 for the staff at this site, who helped sort out a problem caused by another part of DHL. Special thanks to joanna and her colleagues. Shame the same can't be said of the other DHL division or the DHL customer care line.

Terrible will simply not use again delivery was for yesterday waited in all day then they decided delivery would be last night exact time I had to go out so delivery was for next working day ie today but then they decide they cannot now deliver as parcel cannot be located at their depot! Obviously rang to enquire and complain response was I don't know how to answer where it is! Useless send and recieve your parcels with a different company

I received a message that the package will be delivered on Tuesday. I waited half a day and then my wife also waited. the courier did not arrive. I received another message that due to my absence at the address provided, they were unable to deliver the package. how it's possible ? luck wanted to have a camera in front of my house. I checked the cameras from the whole day. DHL express courier was not at my place that day. there is also no information card. absolutely nothing. no contact with customer service. the package was sent from Germany and it is not the fault of the seller that in the UK DHL express working idiots. This behavior is simply rude and disrespectful. I paid 18 pounds for express delivery and they didn't even come to me. I will advise everyone against this company. completely ignorant.

This is the worst delivery company,what i have seen... tracking system is terrible, still showing the wrong day, to speak to someone is " mission impossible". This is 0 star, 1 is not correct
