Today I?m taking the time out to post this review because I really think staff deserve the recognition. I was helped and greeted by a lovely Barista who was friendly and super efficient. Her lovely disposition made me decide to stay in and enjoy some cake too.
The place was clean and a good atmosphere.
Costa hold onto your barista Kate, as she?s got great customer service and efficiency down to a T.

Has been really terrible recently: always mess up the items in every single order, when I pay for the syrup they don?t add it, Wiltshire ham and cheese replaced with a plain toastie, and now I cannot get a refund for the item missing in my Uber eats order, been 4 days of ignoring me, now sending me away to request a refund from Uber eats when it was clearly Costa that forgot to add the item, unbelievable really awful and disappointing impression ??? terrible customer service on each level

Called in yesterday morning around 10am to be greeted by 2 smiling staff on a very busy day. They took time to ask how we were & if we were enjoying the day off work while preparing our order. A credit to Costa!!
