Cold Cappuccino. Unfortunately the drink came out only just warm even on the 3rd time although we asked for it extra hot. Ordered the Granola yoghurt breakfast and full English which were good

Wow! The price of it! My wife and I watched the till going higher and higher thinking there must be a mistake... Nope, over £100 for two sandwiches, a Cornish pasty (I think that was around £10 alone) 2 cream teas and I think 2 or 3 extra pots of tea. Madness. The location is quite lovely, with a nice patio on the water.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful but the food was mediocre at best.

We were visiting this town and looking for a bakery that served scones. This was recommended by the staff in the Cotswold Motoring Museum. It was very busy and we lucked out that we were able to get a table. The scones were piping hot and delicious.

Bakery on the Water in picturesque Bourton-on-the-Water is better than it needs to be, given its location. I had an outstanding Bánh mì-inspired chicken salad sandwich that now serves as the template for my own chicken salad. The service was speedy, which is notable because the place was packed. Highly recommend!

We sat outside on the riverside terrace which was really nice. It has plenty of seating and loverly to listen to the water during breakfast. The food was tasty, the only slight I had was the scrambled egg was a little too salty for my liking but the bacon was delicious. I would also recommend some more signage maybe outside on the terrace to inform guests how to order incase they missed the sign out the front and also some toilet signs.

I recently discovered bakery on the water thanks to a fabulous tour guide! She made us wait until we were there before we had the sausage roll. I had never had one before. I feel like I can't ever have another ones I will be so let down. The pastry is so flaky and delicious and the filling is outstanding! Cute place I can see why the reviews are so high!

Visited yesterday: Great place, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the superb food and drink served by very polite and friendly staff which is a must for me and refreshing to see. Can?t wait to return soon.

I marked down a star because of the wasps, I know it can't be helped, but I spent my visit on edge. The focaccia I ordered came with a surprise salad and crisps that I didn't realise was included. All was very delicious and the iced tea I had was also very nice. Would visit again, just maybe with a citronella candle.

They just gave my step-mum (a vegetarian) a meat pasty when she asked for a cheese pasty. Careless and thoughtless. Incredibly over priced - £4.20 for a cappuccino!
