Very poor service.I was ignored at the counter as the staff member continued her conversation with a seated customer. She even moved aside to continue her conversation as I stood in front of her waiting for my order to be taken. At this point I left and went to Millbrook Creations instead.

Came in today didnt feel well & desperatley needed a cuppa . This place just happened to be at right place at right time but what a wonwonderful place . The staff only two ladies as other staff were off ill worked miracles never stopped and made everyone feel welcome and cared for . Lovely decor so clean . I had beabeautiful cram tea with rasberry jam and appke and almond i got last one it was beautiful if it hadnt been last one I,d of got some for home . Definitkey homemade scones and great size . Wonderfull good quality tea . A tea room cheltenham should be proud of and boast about . Thank you
