I?ve been coming to Heather for over a decade. She?s an amazing beauty therapist and a consummate perfectionist. Never afraid to try new techniques, Heather always tailors them to individual needs. Her mantra is always ?client comes first? and she listens; so it?s very easy to trust her judgement and suggestions, going forward. As a working mum, she?s a fantastic role model to her children and enviably juggles home and work seamlessly. Regardless of what treatment she is giving or how busy life is, she?s always immaculately groomed and an absolute testament to her trade. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel special after every beauty appointment and for giving me the confidence to try new things too. In all these respects, I cannot recommend her enough.Nicci x
