Lovely atmosphere and place. Everyone was enjoying themselves. Worth a stop if you need a drink.

Very disappointed with the food ! Asked if the steak and ale pie was home made got the reply it's from Bookers! But I think they make them .I expected crusty pastry all I received was a soggy pie. Chips and peas were nah!!!! All in all very disappointed.

What a wonderful old-fashioned country pub. Excellent food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere to people and dogs
