Shopped around a few places to find the paddle I wanted (a longer version of the Palm Drift Pro); Canoe and Kayak store had it available at a good price and with free delivery. Placed the order out of hours late on Monday, had the paddle by half eleven on Thursday in time for my planned trip after work. Well packed in a suitable box with plenty of crush packaging to protect it, no issues in transit, happy customer all round. Would definitely recommend these guys and will likely use in the future if/when I need to buy kit.

I had a fantastic experience at the Canoe and Kayak Store in Woodford. Richard was super helpful and always accommodating, going out of his way to help me source the exact fittings I needed to fix the seats back into my wenonah canoe. The team clearly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right gear.
The store itself is well stocked with a great range of quality kit, making it a one-stop shop for all your canoe and kayak needs. I highly recommend these guys if you?re looking for expert advice and reliable equipment. Definitely worth a visit!

?Travelled 120 miles to visit these guys and was not disappointed. Amazing service on the visit and communication before and after. Wanted to buy a ?crossover? kayak and 5 were bought out for me to test and study. So much patience and solid advice. Bought a Pyranha Fusion, spraydeck and paddle. Deck turned out to be too small and edges popped off cockpit- exchanged instantly by post and the guys even sent me videos of them trying alternative spraydecks so I could be sure the right choice was being made (remotely). Genuinely grateful for all their help and comms. Pricing is competitive and service is faultless.
These companies are now few and far between in today?s faceless internet shopping experience. 100% score in all areas.

Bought my canoe from Richard who very kindly delivered it. Very happy with the canoe and Richard spent plenty of time showing me various options and weights over a cup of coffee. Would not hesitate to buy again from Richard and the team who are all super helpful.

Good advice for my purchase of a cag and dry pants (trousers). It's the first ones I've bought so it was good to be guided through the options in terms of warmth and cost. Size guide on the website worked well for me, good fit with enough room for layering under the cag if needed.
