Excellent food and service. Throughly enjoyable evening, steak was cooked to perfection, and all reasonably priced. Very busy, therefore pre-booking is a must.

Very nice beer garden and attached to a delicious steak house!
The only downside was being far too hot in the restaurant as it was a very humid day.

The Sunday roast was thoroughly enjoyable. While the Yorkshire pudding was slightly overcooked, it wasn?t a deal-breaker?especially since it?s not my favorite to begin with. The beef, cooked medium-well, was impressively tender and flavorful, not at all chewy. The garden setting added a charming touch to the overall atmosphere, making the experience even more pleasant. Friendly and attentive staff rounded out a very satisfying visit.

Came for date night on a Friday and shared a delicious T-bone steak cooked to perfection. The peppercorn sauce was insane!
Couldn?t believe my eyes when they brought it the nachos as it was such a big portion! It tasted like the salsa was red pesto which I am here for!! The only thing which could have made them better is the inclusion of guacamole, but that?s just personal preference.
The service was smooth and really friendly. Will definitely be returning!

Arrived here after viewing some very good reviews. Ordered some drinks and cup of tea for two. Waited nearly 15 mins for the tea. We then went to order food. Told kitchen shut. It was just gone 2pm and on the menu it stated food available till 2.30.
Not sure we'll return. Very disappointed.

Very disappointing we had a family gathering of 17 . I have to say food was of very poor standard at a very expensive price. I have no problem paying for goodbfood. Sirloin steak chewy tasteless. But more importantly totally lacking in presentation!!!

Nice place with pub atmosphere combined with areas for family dining and a pretty patio setting for outdoor seating. Unfortunately with the worst, driest hamburger we?ve ever had. Ate out of necessity after a long day hiking and even then couldn?t finish it. Also we ordered extra crispy bacon and albeit it was good bacon, it came soft and pink. A tremendous disappointment as we were hungry and excited about our meal! Furthermore, since it is a steakhouse we thought a burger would be no fail.

came for mothers day lunch 11 people to eat at 2pm first course came at 2, main course came at 3.15 babys pizza was burnt and had to be redone, had pudding ordered which arrived at 3.50 and was told we had to leave at 4pm so had to rush our puddings down. the meal cost over £440 and thought seeing it was your fault food took so long it was wrong to rush us out the door. wouldn't book again was really disappointed not with food, but ushered out the door.

Came for lunch with a group of friends. Told the waitress that I am allergic to the salad in the burger. She thought this was funny and not a real allergy, so my food was brought to the table with lettuce and tomatoes on. She still thought it was funny when I pointed out what she had done and offered to bring another plate for me to place the offending items on. I wonder if she would continue to smirk if my tongue and throat had begun to swell? Maybe you would all have a great laugh when someone with a severe allergy was unfortunate enough to die as a result of your apathy?
Dietary restrictions: They showed total disregard for my food allergy, in fact they thought it was funny.
