Had a MOT booked in for a month, rang today to ask if I could drop my car down early to which they told me that my MOT had been cancelled. Apparently I had ?slipped through the net? to be told. Haven?t offered any reason other than they have been let down by the agency MOT technicians as their staff keep getting poached. Not a hint of a refund or any help, now can?t get an MOT in time to keep my car on the road for work. Awful service and non existent communication.

Very positive experience with the Halfords garage at Kingswood. A special thank you to Martin who provided the best customer service to me and my kids. And obviously to the rest of the team too for sorting out my car and not letting me leave until they confirm that its 100% safe to do so. All the details were clearly explained with no pressure on you. Free doughnut was a bonus! :)

No professionalism. Pathetic commitment standard.Takes booking and payment in advacne, you reach there for service and they inform you that it can not be done, they are sort of staff !! Cant imagine servicing with Halfords ever. Wasted my weekend

TPMS light came on 2 years ago, they told me tyres were fine and it?s a common fault with Mokka?s, they couldn?t clear the fault but not to worry about it. They changed 3 of my tyres in the last 6 months, they apparently couldn?t clear the fault but again, don?t worry about it. Went through 2 MOT?s with them fine. This time they failed it for this issue saying it?s a fault with TPMS as tyres were fine. Took it to another garage, the pressure on one of my tyres was low and they sorted it in 10 mins, cleared the fault no problem and didn?t charge me (Staple hill MOT centre FYI thoroughly recommend). This bunch couldn?t even sort a tyres pressure issue, despite them changing the tyre in question back in June. Won?t be going here or anywhere near a Halfords in future.

Cancelled my MOT that has been booked in for weeks two hours before it was due - now having to scrabble around to rebook elsewhere before it expires on Wednesday. Will not be booking here again!

Have the car for 3 days to complete a service and then have to cancel the mot the day before due to unforeseen circumstances. Not the first time it has happened, always seem to want to overbook jobs in an impossible timeframe. Don't waste your time coming here for anything!

I had a rather frustrating experience at Halfords Autocentre when they quoted me a staggering £390 for parts and labor to install spark plugs in my Honda Jazz. This was quite a shock, especially when the Abbywood branch was charging only £190 for the same service. In the end, I decided to opt for my local garage, which did the job for a reasonable £140. It's essential for people to be cautious about these types of places and do their research to avoid unnecessary overcharging.

My tire is slightly flat. The on-site staff helped me inflate it for free. They were very kind and I thank them very much.

Hadn't read the reviews but they said tracking guage wasn't working, had a go at me for where I parked (there were no spaces anywhere else) and seemed very happy when I cancelled and asked for a refund as the place gave me a bad feelingService: Tires

They reschedule my service appointment twice, one of them calling me 20 min before the time I should be in the garage. Big waste of time.

Rubbish garage. I dropped my car at 11 am and they couldn?t get bothered to call me before 17:30 to tell me that my car was left behind as not a priority for them.The manager was rude and just said not his problem as they were busy ( even knowing that I had a booking!!!) I wasted a full day and the manager didn?t apologise and keep saying not his fault..I am extremely disappointed to see the poor service that Halford is offering and the lack of professionalism with a customer that wasted the full day waiting for a service that was never delivered!!Honestly worst customer service ever!! Avoid this place at all costHalfords, you better do some training to your staff as they lacking customer care skills

Hahaha, just been adised by a customer not to use, as there tyre machine is not man enough for Run Flat Tyres. In there own words. What a clown outfit
