Stayed just round the corner last week. Didn't have food as it was Wednesday night but a fantastic place. There was 6 of us and a child. Made so welcome we made to feel like a local. Guy behind the bar was lovely and polite. Many thanks for making our stay a perfect one

Good amount of external seating for drinking or eating in the sunshine. We both went for the roast dinner option and neither of us were able to finish it, it was so generous! My roast beef was done to perfection but somewhat spoilt by being drowned in gravy (whereas my partner loves that). If we?re in the area again and looking to eat we?re likely to stop.

Perfect place to stop on our journey. A very warm and friendly welcome for ourselves and the dog. The fabulous pot of tea was just what we needed in a beautiful pub.

Didn't do food on the day I called in but takeaways available nearby. Stopped overnight in camper in quiet level car park at back. Host friendly and had a good natter with locals

A terrible hostess who is way above her station. I have never been so disrespected by an ignorant women who thing she is is a landlady, she is nothing but a fool on a power trip, disrespecting her customers, and thinking the world of herself. Rude and I will never return. Would like to buy her out and put her ok the streets. Good luck. You wast of space. You never know who you disprove of until it to late.
