My first experience of yoga practice here. Teacher (Milne) and classes are friendly and welcoming. I have tried group and 1:1 classes.I started recently to improve my flexibility and have already addressed my lower back pain. If you are thinking about trying yoga, DO IT!! My first experience was amazing. Mine made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Always finished feeling full of positive energy. I can’t recommend Mine and her classes highly enough! You will have a beautiful experience, just give it a go!!
