Went into have my tyres balanced and aligned. Was greeted by a guy who explained where I would be in the queue. After about 45mins I was called to the counter and the guy explained my results of the balancing and informed me that I would be next in for alignment. After about half hour Martin the guy that was working on my car came and sat and explained results. My steering was off and he said it could be rectified so I agreed and off he went . As a single lady I felt very comfortable with the atmosphere, everyone is so pleasant and friendly l like how they keep you informed about how long it will take and come and explain everything to you . This is my second visit and will definitely be returning in the future. Well done guys for a fantastic service!!!!

Called up with a locking wheel nut stuck on and a flat tyre, had a van with me and wheel replaced within an hour. Very good and fast service. Highly recommend.

Had tyres delivered there by a 3rd party company for fitting. The guys were super helpful, and communicated everything brilliantly. I've used them before and have had similar good experiences, and would happily go back again.

Popped in today after hitting a dreaded pothole ? Ben was very helpful and informative, ordered me in a new tyre that morning and fitted it, luckily the wheel was OK, also had the tracking checked and adjusted and all good again, very pleased with the service and will only use tyre smart in the future
