I had a really good interaction with the trolley boy at this Tesco, he was so strong - we made a little joke about how many he can push at once! Genuinely a friendly and kind man. However, the staff in store did not reflect this!!! No help at all.
I think we should invest more time and energy into those who are genuinely happy to be at work - like the trolley boy, give him a raise!

Great choice, not bad prices, staff friendly and helpful. Three hours free parking with plenty of spaces. Easy walk to high street shops. Tesco free banking ATM.

How very impressed I am with your front shop staff. As a disabled just out of hospital I was helped today by a very young long haired blonde who not only helped me find an item, but successfully saw me through your automatic payment system. The trainings and selection of staff is obviously first class. Well done. Tesco
