Ordered nearly £60 worth of food via Prezzo website to be delivered by Deliveroo, driver arrived quickly but the food was stone cold, so clearly wasn?t being kept warm before the drivers arrival to the restaurant, called the restaurant to raise our concerns and disappointment only to be told that we needed to take it up with Deliveroo, we explained that we ordered through their website and that surely this lies with them, the guy on the phone wouldn?t entertain this and when conversation got fraught he told us we were being abusive and promptly HUNG UP!!! We tried to call again and he HUNG UP for a second time - now we have food which is stone cold and having to reheat it - THANK YOU PREZZO FOR RUINING OUR EVENING, we won?t we be ordering again and certainly won?t come back to your restaurant again, which is a shame as we had such a lovely evening last week.

We always find the food to be reliably good and the staff at the Witham Prezzo to be very friendly and helpful. It's why we keep going back! I only wish that the Pizza menu could be a bit more traditionally Italian and include more of the basics like Funghi, Fiorentina and Quattro Formaggio. Give us more Italian! We can take it :-) but thank you.

Booked a birthday meal here on the morning of the day. Staff were superb throughout and when it came to the meal we could not fault the service.
Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be going back again.

Food was lovely staff nice but they pester you and rush you from sitting down to ordering then once your meal is done they leave you alone which seems odd. The main issue it was absolutely freezing. We had to keep our coats on along with people on tables around us. So I definitely will not be going back. An expensive meal to sit and freeze for.

Food was good price was extortionate though would not advise going on a budget. Expecially if you want a drink with your meal service was good did not set the world alight though pretty standard to be honest
Parking: Only street parking available can be limited otherwise paid parking is only choice here
