Not too honest people here. I bought a few items, but the young man who was serving me put most of my items in one pile and put a cleaner (£2.50) far from this pile. Naturally I picked what I thought were all my items and left this cleaner with bleach behind. I came back following day to ask if this cleaner was there. The woman serving me said it was not there and there was no note stating there was something left behind. I was then asked to pin point the exact time I bought these items so they could check on CCTV as apparently I was waisting their time as I gave a range of time. It was not about the money as I bought another cleaner but pinpointing the time is ridiculous. Be careful, keep your receipts as I feel I was purposefully robbed.

Despite the name Poundland, they now sell many things in multiple pounds. The store is clean and well laid out. Do shop around before you visit as some things are an excellent price whilst others are not!

Probably would have given 5* however staff talking on their phones, personal telephone conversation whilst serving me is totally unprofessional and disrespectful of both myself and the company they work for. As a customer I would never be on my phone while being served in a shop because it is disrespectful. Please tell staff to make such calls on their time not mine.

Absolutely no care for customer service. A large lady even brought her friend ahead of me in the que to serve her and then left me to wait for the self service.
