Sudbury suffolk branch closes when it likes sometimes lunchtime and some times shuts early which is no good if you need to deposit there is always a great big queue waiting for it to open after these breaks and I went at 3.45 today Friday and it was closed ..no note and door says 4.30 ? I am getting a bit fed up I need to deposit my wages as I?m paid in cash and it?s never open when I have to time not doing it outside NOWAY

I went into the witham branch today where there was a incident. The manager dealt with it quickly and offered to make me a drink, Emma then offered to take me home. So I got home safely. I have always had fantastic customer service in this branch and the staff go above and beyond.

Shirley branch manager and Emmai cannot praise enough how helpful and friendly they have been. My ex husband died a couple of weeks ago and the help and support they have given me amazing, but before then nothing has ever been too much trouble.
