This branch is a real asset to the town , staff are fantastic and provide a great customer experience to the community. Hope the Nationwide recognise and reward the staff at this branch for their efforts , that go above and beyond expectations.

Sudbury suffolk branch closes when it likes sometimes lunchtime and some times shuts early which is no good if you need to deposit there is always a great big queue waiting for it to open after these breaks and I went at 3.45 today Friday and it was closed ..no note and door says 4.30 ?
