I recently called Morrisons with an issue, and despite being polite and well-mannered throughout the conversation, the call attendant hung up the phone on me. This was extremely disappointing and has left me questioning the supermarket?s so-called values. I had expected much better customer service, and this experience has certainly put me off shopping here in the future.

Really clean store. Great selection of bread and pastries, scones and clotted cream!! From USA and visiting friends! Had a great time shopping for fun foods!! Went in to buy hair spray but got distracted and forgot it! Ha!! Thanks!!!!

We had birthday celebration last Saturday and ordered some of the platters Morrisons do. Very efficient collection process. The food was absolutely delicious and there were many comments about its high quality from our guests. This is the second time our family has used this service and we would thoroughly recommend it.
