Staff are smoking in front of the door, and all the smoke comes into my home upstairs. I kindly asked them to move around the corner because it?s summer, the windows are open, and my flatmate is pregnant ? the smell of smoke makes her feel sick. However, they showed annoyance and continued to smoke under our windows.

Popped in on the morning of the Grand National to put on my annual wager: surprised at how cosy-comfy the place is! Comfortable chairs, screens everywhere, and was that a coffee machine I saw?? No wonder some people spend lots of time in the betting shops these days, it's almost like home from home. Staff lovely & helpful - but my horse didn't even get placed! I'll be back next year to throw away some more money?
