Order pizza and the doughballs. The doughball came all different sizes and flat , I called they was not willing to give new ones so I took them down there to talk to the manager he wouldn?t come to talk to me they finally gave me new ones they where just as bad. He still wouldn?t come to talk to me. They used to be good but clearly have poor management.

I used to work at Domino?s and have always ordered now and then from them. The standard of this store now is shocking. I ordered a pizza which was terrible, called them up, took a photo, they offered me a discount on our next order but I said I just want a replacement pizza to enjoy, so they collected and delivered a new one but the new one was worse than the original! After calling back to explain that it?s worse than the original the lady who I spoke to who told me she was the manager couldn?t care less, refused to give me her name and said there?s nothing she can do and that was that!
Won?t be ordering from them again, really frustrating to be honest.
Annoyingly it doesn?t let us add photos to show the state of it

Terrible experience.!!!
This this outlet was bad . Im not sure what training these people had, but its a bad experience for sure. In future Im getting my pizza from Pizza Mania in Witham, so much better. Terrible experience from Dominos. Food may be nice but I never even got it. Money down the drain.

I really like the ultimate garlic bread which if you like cheese and garlic you'll love however some find it a bit heavy. I like some of the plant based items and the plant based garlic dip is quite nice
Dietary restrictions: There are some gluten free items which are approved by coeliac uk
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter but it is only take away really

A 20 minute order turned into an hour and the food turned up stone cold. Watched driver getting petrol for 20 minutes before coming to us. Not impressed.

Had an awful experience with them for the second time. Previously we have ordered a vegetarian pizza and it came with chicken and this time we ordered another vegetarian pizza with no mushroom because of an allergy and yet we found lumps of mushrooms in the pizza. When we called to complain the manager just said read our website because we are busy we can cross contaminate basically saying if you die from it it?s not our fault. Absolutely horrendous

Horrible experience!! I am allergic to mushroom and my partner said specifically to avoid it . Still i got mushroom in my pizza. Manager is super rude. She replied saying read our policy. We can put mushroom just because we are busy store. It's ridiculous!!
It is not safe at all for a person with allergies as they don't care. I might add the store was not busy and literally my order was the only one .

Pathetic excuse of a pizza place, refused cash and staff are halfwits. Will never use again, told them to keep their pizza then went Asda and bought one from there.
