I had the misfortune to breakdown Sunday night but was lucky I pulled into the service area before everything came to a stop. Popped into the shop to tell them what had happened and was it okay if I waited until the RAC turned up, I was there fourteen hours in all. Shabeeth was kind and helpful coming out to see if I was okay and had a chat whilst I was getting snacks in the shop.

Shabeeth made my day, what a stud! Firstly complimenting my car (mx5?) he then went on to tell me about bp cards and oh my lord what a good thing he is promoting. I was astonished with this and am so happy I found it arousing. Honestly Shabeeth is a lovely man and really made this a memorable trip to bp xxx

Just came in for a quick drink and pastry and was met by lovely Shabeeth, he was very helpful, great customer service! Will definitely be making more frequent stops as I come past on my long journeys!

Went to buy food/snacks where some where on a special with the reward card, the man scanned them through and price came up without price, after scanning my reward card, told me I was looking at wrong offer, showed him the actual place where they all were and even described the right product! The man serving me couldn?t even be bothered to rectify this and just said ?that?s the price they are then? was just a rude arrogant man

I use this garage a lot and Shabeeth is always welcoming and helpful. The lady who works of an evening is awful. My little girl who is 7 was busting for the toilet, She told me she shut it early and there is no way she is using the toilet. Very nasty to be honest. My daughter ended up in absolute tears because she was busting and there was no where else close to go. Being on the a12 between journeys and stopping at a known petrol station we use all the time this shouldn?t have been an issue as she is 7 years old.Good job the man Shabi was there to help because he couldn?t watch my daughter crying because she was busting so let her go. 5 stars for the garage and the gentleman! The women needs to learn customer services and have a bit of understanding in situations. BP step in before she upsets too many customers please??

Come to the garage 2 Saturdays ago and was closed said be back in 5 mins then see a Asian gentlemen coming back to the shop not good with being 24/7 hrs also last Saturday come there just before 6 which I stop at this shop most days and your able to go in this occasion serving threw the hatch charged me the same price I get charged for a large coffee for a small coffee yet again same gentlemen as the last Saturday. So now I am not going to be going in here Saturday I never complain but this is unacceptable!
