I go to the Boots Opticians in Witham Essex as it is much more convenient. It is very easy to get an appointment and the staff are very friendly and efficient. I went to see the Contact Lens lady - sorry don't know her name - and I always find her very easy to talk to and she is very much on the ball as far as my contact lens prescription is concerned as they are a little but different from the norm. Very happy to continue going there.

I had my first ever eye test, and was recommended to go to the Witham store by someone who has been going to them for a few years.
I cannot recommend enough. They were extremely helpful and friendly and I will be coming back for my next eye test! And recommending to everyone.

Having had an awful experience at a different chain of opticians I went in and had the complete opposite experience. It was calm, quiet (even when busier). Everything was clearly explained. I felt like a real person not just a customer. Nothing was rushed. Nothing felt like I was an inconvenience. I was helped every step of the way and everything was checked with me. It was a very positive and reassuring experience and I'm so grateful.
