I had an unexpected situation and was in a lot of discomfort when I walked into Boots in Silver End. The staff were incredibly kind and caring ? they didn?t hesitate to help me. They cleaned me up, provided a bandage, and made sure I was feeling okay, all without charging me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made a big difference at a really difficult moment. Their compassion and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Didn't have a great experience with the lady pharmacist, after suffering from tonsillitis and being told by the doctors surgery I had been 'triaged' and could go to the pharmacist and they would help me and prescribe antibiotics..she basically told me no she wouldn't help me and I needed a doctors appointment. Not sure if it's a lack of communication between themselves and the surgery but it was extremely unhelpful and left me in a bad situation where I couldn't sleep because I was in so much pain and being told I had to wait 2 days to try and make another appointment. Also you always have to wait 20 mins for them to sort out prescriptions despite being told its ready. I won't be going to them for any help ever again.

Having previously posted a 2 star rating A year ago I felt it only fair to update my review. The ladies in this chemist have always been friendly and helpful. My issue was always repeat prescriptions and the 48 hr rule that appeared to be written in stone. There has been a change of pharmacist and the service now is a thousand times better when it comes to prescriptions. They are done when you go in for them if they have the stock in. I do appreciate it may not always be that way but when it happens for a particular reason and its explained politely you dont mind so much.Definitely a huge difference.

Appalling 'customer service' at Boots Silver End. I was stood at the counter last week (no other customers in store) for 5 minutes while 3 female members of staff were stood out back chatting. I was glanced at and ignored. Finally a staff member came over like I was an inconvenience. Miserable attitude, no smile not friendly.Also, you put your prescription in a week early, go in to collect it only to be told 'we are just doing it now' And then having to wait around for another 20 mins after they've had it for a week! Honestly, what do they do in there?!?

appalling customer service, the phone is NOT answered and the prescriptions are very nearly always wrong, if the management foes not improve we will transfer to a different pharmacy

Inefficient staff, no idea how to speak to clients - failure to ask about receipts, wait time today 35 minutes - no idea of how to advise customers of the wait time - I will advise the doctor

Shocking service from Miguel today. Having asked if they had my meds in stock, I was told I could have a partial order. Called about 4 pm to find out about when, told to come in an hour and it would be ready. Bear in mind, in the earlier call, I heard Miguel talking about it in the background. The last call, telling me to pick up in an hour was somebody I have spoken to before, though he tried to say that person doesn't work there! Miguel rubbishesd the staff saying they don't know anything. Claimed what he had was for other customers, rudely said I could go elsewhere. Shocking and unprofessional. He tried to make it sound as if I was in the wrong!

I am grateful to a very helpful and considerate member of staff here today (Chloe) when I had overdone it cycling and needed some advice and suggestions to rebalance my glucose levels etc. Thank you.
