Extremely depressing looking store. Empty shelves, and fridges are apparently not allowed to be turned on.. So although drinks are in a fridge they are warm.. The store looks like its ready to be closed down.. I've never been in a boots like it..

I was collected my husband's prescription last week and when I get home it's only one item
I've contacted the surgery last 2:days 29th March and said that they sent all the scripts with all the regular medication and it's ready to collect the next day
I went today and it's not ready yet.I told to the.dispenser that my husband's didn't have his other medication so I really need them
The lady dispenser asked me to wait until she gets them ready
I was expecting that everything is in the pack but when I get home again it's only one item
I've called the surgery and the receptionist said to go back to the pharmacist and tell them that the prescription was dispensed
It seems you are waiting for a long time and it's a long que all the time and then you didn't get the item
I wish they can get more organised
The other Boots chemist is good like in SPA road
Staff will message you if your medications are ready to collect

I went in store today (Sat April 13) morning.
It was extremely busy and only appeared to be two very young members of staff, both of whom were polite, friendly and remained professional despite the obvious pressure they were under. A credit to the store and the company .

Just awful! Always understaffed, prescription never ready when it's supposed to be, didn't open on time today because the pharmacist didn't turn up and on Thursday their systems were down (again) so they couldn't issue prescriptions. Potentially life saving drugs are withheld because of their poor management. I'll be changing to another pharmacy ASAP.

Try and avoid Boots now. Shel especially look empty often haven't got in what you want and a lot of queuing as not enough staff

Boots are making a fortune out of travellers passing through. Always a queue to pay but they are efficient. Meal deals here are far pricier than the high st but still cheaper than the likes of Ryanair. If you planned ahead you could avoid boots otherwise it has a good range of essentials.

They are very helpful, but if you just buy something from behind the counter, you have to join the same queue as people waiting for doctors' orders... would work better if the queue for orders was on the right of counter and over counter purchases on left
