Went to the hot counter and was robbed 4 pounds for ten Mozzarella sticks instead I got 10 for 8 pounds each box only had 5 and I didn't take a receipt so no way of me getting my money back absolutely ridiculous

I've always found the staff pleasant at Asda Witham and it's never too busy. However, I have a hygiene gripe! I was shopping there today and saw the lady on the bakery section putting her bare hands all over the cookies before bagging them up to be sold. Please wear gloves!!! So off-putting to see and makes me wonder about the stores heath & hygiene practices in other areas.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude I got from a young tall lad that works there on a Sunday and actually from a couple of the workers too, came to collect something was told it wasn't there no apology 'come back tomorrow' was the answer I got, I'm so angry! People need to work on there manners!

Send your click and collect orders back before the last day of collection. Don?t even apologise for their error. Done this a couple of times now and so contacting head office.

A small Asda but it does stock a wide range of things. Staff are friendly, never horrendously busy. A pleasant shop!
