Had my Covid jab yesterday. The lady couldn?t have been more helpful and understanding. Once I explained I had a hearing implant, she immediately offered to remove her mask and made a conscious effort to speak clearly and facing me. Made the appointment so much less stressful for me. Thank you.

Today I went to pick up my cancer injection so that I could have it administered at the doctor's but due to a problem the pharmacist actually left her pharmacy and visited the doctors surgery in person to correct the problem herself to ensure that I received my cancer treatment promptly
Also sent a member of her staff to ensure everything went smoothly.
Very impressive attitude when nowadays most people Will not go the extra mile

From the realistic prices for essentials in Wickford Well pharmacy to the really good advice I was given I've given this place 5 stars. A helpful pharmacist who ordered in some bandages that sealed themselves which I'd not heard of and gave me much more advice than my gp. Great.

Every visit the staff are excellent. They always go above and beyond to help all customers. I am glad I moved from Boots to Well. I ask them for advice more than my GP as I trust them more than my useless GP. Well Pharmacy needs to look at their Wickford branch as they are the leaders for customer service..friendliness..and as I said they always go above and beyond to help all their customers. Well done Wickford team. I am always happy to see them and I always recommend them to everyone.

Great Pharmacy. All staff extremely helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Massive help during covid lockdown to deliver well out of the way outside of opening hours to make sure my nan had her medication. Would recommend to anyone.

Booked a flu jab on the 24/09 for 10th of October @11am. Less than one hour before our appointment received a call from Chloe informing us as a matter of fact that that they can't do it. No previous attempts from Wells pharmacy to communicate to us. They called it courtesy call. Had they informed us sooner we could have booked it elsewhere, but it's too late now. Took time off work and so did my wife, wasted a day on those muppets.
