Was seen by a GP this Monday gone and she was exceptionally good and the surgery called me today to check on my progress. I?m pressed with the aftercare service too

Shocking experience. The 'doctor' arrived 20 mins late after our scheduled appointment completely relaxed and slouched past reception. Whilst having and practicing on us, he behaved with a lack of interest, text book questions/answers and data entry. We barely spoke and only when he did we could barely hear or understand him. He struggled to operate his equipment from his physical ability and we were told that our appointment was only for my wife and me and did not have 2 minutes to check our 13 month old regarding her cough and that we had to arrange another appointment for that. We felt our concerns and questions were not reasonably answered and we left the surgery with the feeling of having to rearrange another appointment at our local surgery even if we have to wait longer in order to be more professionally practiced on. Avoid this surgery like the plague...

Never can get appointment, was our local GP, but make us go all the way to the Wick, Robert Frew. Very disappointed with this surgery.

absolute shambles of a surgery, receptionist was the rudest individual I?ve encountered, how she?s a receptionist for the nhs I will never know

I used to moan about getting an appointment on the phone however once I got access to the online system I managed to book an appointment for the next day without any issues. The Dr I saw was very pleasant, helpful and empathetic.

I phoned for an app. for an hour & 20 mins. I was told 108 times I was number 1 in the queue and they will answer shortly but still did not get through

on hold as 1 in the que for over 45mins. Have got passed the automated service to speak to a human in over 2 week. Disgusting!!!! their duty of care ffor their patience is disgusting. Will be reporting to the heath Board!

Phoned 2-3 times in a row, first time the automated phone line jibbed out after trying to do the phone booking and ended up asking for an extension to dial instead of being put through to reception.Second time it rang and told me I was in a queue of "1 person" for about 4 minutes, the best bit - shortly after 4 minutes I heard someone answer the phone (I could hear background noise/talking) and immediately hang up, clearly lifted the phone off the hook to hung up on me.Third time, it just rings forever - no answer and no way of booking an automated appointment.

This surgery has an issue with their phone system. Both myself and other family members are spending hours on hold (nearly 3 hours in total today on four attempts) to get to number one in the call queue and then be told that the surgery cannot take the call and be abruptly cut off. I know they are busy, I understand there are long wait times but this is totally unacceptable. I have raised the issue when I finally did get through and they are not interested. Please can someone resolve this technical issue because it is extremely stressful and frustrating.

Whilst not immune from the general funding/staffing problems that all practices have, this surgery operates pretty well and has thorough and caring doctors and other personnel.

Regret moving to this surgery, we only moved as it was closer to my home and with a new born baby it was advised that we should be in the area for home visits should the need occur. They have gone days before with the phone lines down, and not checking emails. You are told to ring at 8am on the day for an appointment, however when everyone rings at 8am the lines are always busy so by time you get through 5/10mins later all appointments have gone, you are told you should have called at 8am and you are unable to pre book for another day. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
