Yesterday I was shopping in this store as I have done for many years as I live on the Wick. I was waiting in the queue to pay when I was approached by Emma who accused me of stealing vegetables and demanded that her colleague search my bag. This was in front of many other customers. Emma's colleague verified that I had no vegetables. Emma stormed off. I looked for Emma but was told by her colleague that she had "disappeared out the back".I phoned and spoke with Anthony, the manager who said he agreed that Emma' s behaviour had been wrong and he apologised.I would like to warn people about Emma's atrocious behaviour . I will certainly NEVER shop in Tesco Express (Silva Island Way) ever again.

Called them constantly on a Sunday afternoon to get information but was hung up on several times. Called the Tesco Store at the other end of Wickford in Essex on the London Road and they called instead.. Someone answered at the other end and simply stated that "they were busy"
