I had an eye test/new glasses some 18 months ago, and the service given was fine.
For various reasons, I have yet to book a re test, and keep receiving emails/texts pushing their services. To stop these, you have to text 60033, which is a premium rate number costing at least £1 and possibly more - a real rip off, which you would not expect from a large national chain like Specsavers.

Absolutely blown away with the service that I have received from this store?
5 stars doesn?t even do the service justice..
Had a faulty frame that was outside of the 100 days and was exchanged without any issues at all..
We are all quick to complain but never forth coming to give praise?

My mother visited this shop with a problem with the nose rests on her glasses, she had previously purchased from this shop, the assistant said to her, that they cannot change them and maybe Glics opticians across the road maybe able to help!?????? Madness ?Avoid buying from here, other branches I have had dealings with are much more helpful
