Went with partner and mum in law, ribs were burnt chicken couldn?t get of skewers so tough the veg dish in oyster sauce was disgusting over powered by garlic no bean sprouts in it satay sauce was bland service was atrocious hadn?t got our coats off and they were trying to take our order I had Coke which was definitely out of bottle and flat would not recommend this place and won?t go back

Treated terrible from start to finish.Booked a table for 8 o?clock on a Wednesday
Rush rush rush .Only just sat down and they wanted to take my order then 10seconds later another waitress done the same wasn?t informed about the menu format being eat as much as you like.Food ok but not great. Hovered over us and couldn?t wait for us to go.Started taking all the table clothes off around us at 9 o?clock Never even came back with the dessert menu just the bill. Won?t be going back

First visit to Jade Palace wont be my last, food was excellent, great service everyone was polite, helpful and friendly, only thing it was a bit noisy but that happens when there are large groups.

me and friend was in the restaurant tonight the drinks was so flat then the food come out to fast and had no taste to any of it at all. all i had to eat was this food today i have come home to pains in my belly. never again also had to pay 10% Service charge

I wont be using you again as you charge extra for rice in a curry
You work out at £10 most others £7.80
Only one other chinese in wickford charges extra for rice
