Your workers need to sort out their attitude towards customers, especially young children. Yesterday, my kids came and told me that one of the staff were really disrespectful and didn?t give them what they ordered, instead they sent them waiting outside in the cold. My child gave them £10 when they only paid for a box of donuts which were about £2.50 and a sausage roll which they didn?t even receive. They then went back into the store to sort out the possible misunderstanding, instead they simply gave my children attitude and served them a chicken bake which they had to pay for again which was a complete waste of money! I am appalled by your awful service and get nice, respectful staff please. It takes nothing to be kind.

Staff too busy to check food is hot ,and tables not cleaned between customers staff were quite rude when asked to clean table ,so this time sat in restuarant next door and no one came out to clean tables even after my complaint to head office a couple of weeks ago but next door cleaned between customers, will not go in that Gregg's again as staff were quite rude and obviously ignored our complaint
