“The staff at the Wickford store were super helpful and saved the day.
We had purchased balloons from the Billericay store and on the way home in the car one of the balloons exploded called the store and they said they weren’t responsible for the balloons once they left the store and would have to pay for another one. The ballon was clearly faulty as when it exploded it split all along the join seam. They didn’t have another balloon in stock
Called Wickford store, the lady was really helpful over the phone and we drove over there and they replaced the ballon for us excellent customer service at the Wickford store and they saved the day for us”
