Always something different and cool in this aquarium shop.We love going here.They have everything you need to start up your very first fish tank to adding new and amazing features to make your tank unique.Lots of different types of fish from community, to marine, cold water and tropical, and the variety is great! The quality of the tanks and stock looks great. Everything looks clean and healthy. Lots of great displays. Has fantastic marine displays and stock and lots of aquariums and equipment as well. Staff were friendly and helpful (especially the big viking fella) and knew what they were talking about. Recommended.

Good selection of fish and accessories, however we have been overcharged twice. Went in again and they tried to overcharge us again so queried the price and was told they just estimated price. Might be better for staff to write on outside of bags like other fish shops. In current climate noone can afford to be overcharged. Also when paying by card would like to see the amount on card machine. All in all not sure we will be going back again.

Good prices, best around.One member of staff is friendly (only one who greets you as you enter, sometimes) but he doesn't know anything about fish, one is completely IGNORANT & RUDE (I've often bitten my tongue, won't do that forever) other one is polite enough (just). They look at you as you enter & just ignore you, turn their back no hello/smile or anything. Mike the boss would be advised to tell his staff to be 'customer friendly', I've been going there for many years. Staff years ago knew the business & about fish, this lot don't. Not professional at all. If I could give ZERO stars for the staff then I would. The stars I've given is for my WHOLE experience, if they were only for the price & variety of fish I would give more stars. No information about the fish so I look it up on the Internet, not only because they don't have a clue but they come across as if they don't want to be disturbed & don't want to help.
