Unhelpful staff, poor service, waited a week for a prescription then told when i went in wasn't available, didn't even try and contact me, also issue with their phones as they dont answer a call

Very poor communication, tell you that you will receive a message when urgent medication is ready and doesn't happen. Out of stock of most items.

Very helpful as ever, they told me that my medication needed to be reviewed by my GP. Wouldn't have thought about it and saved me a lot of aggravation. They are busy due to the number of customers surrounding their small store. If you don't like the service, there are other alternatives.

Make up their opening hours as they please. Seem to vary when they?re closed for lunch week by week, and it?s never advertised on here or the Boots website, so you have no way of knowing until you get there!

I went in to book my flu jab in person, but was refused and told I could only do this via the app or website. I explained that I tried and couldn?t work it out. I was told they?re too short staffed and too busy to do this for me. This despite no other customer in store besides me, having just spent 10 mins on their computer checking the appointment of another customer before me. Really poor customer service - as if I was just a nuisance, when all I wanted to do is avoid getting really unwell

Terrible chemist I have been back twice already for my prescription and even tried ringing them they don't answer the phone I have been waiting for my prescription over a week now the staff in that branch needs to be changed they have no customer service skills what so ever and not doing there job properly very poor

The store is really great never have an issue with my prescription. They are always so friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble.
