This is my local boots and I just wanted to write a review of appreciation for the staff that work here. They are all incredibly lovely and hard-working, constantly always doing something and rushing to the tills when they see you waiting. I always opt for my prescriptions to go here as it is very speedy and easy.

No longer deal with repeat prescriptions, you have to order online. You no longer get told when the medication is available for pickup, and upon arrival today they had also closed early for lunch before 1pm so was unable to collect

I purchased some makeup in Basildon to find that when I opened the box the next day that there was nothing in it! After trying to call Basildon boots on and off over about 4 hours my husband suggested going to Wickford branch to see if they could help. The staff were very helpful and friendly and ordered the makeup straight away to be delivered to them within 48 hours. I can't thank them enough as it would have meant trying to get to Basildon again. My makeup actually turned up the next day - fabulous service! Thank you Wickford Boots!
