As a new resident in Wickford, I?ve been pleasantly surprised by how great this Aldi branch is. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, with fresh produce and great value products.
A special mention must go to Sian, whose customer service is truly outstanding, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She made me feel welcome from the very first visit, which means a lot when you?re new to the area. Without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I?ve had in a long time.
Highly recommend this Aldi to anyone in the area!

Does depend when you go in, as some of the staff are awful.
If you go in and Sian is working you are in luck, she?s lovely, helpful and remembers the locals which is nice ?

Very disappointed with my experience at this Aldi store. My husband and I parked at this store for 17 minutes and then shoppped in store, and we later received a parking fine. Although I have a bank statement clearly showing we had made a purchase during that time..
I appealed the fine and after eight days still awaiting result, despite showing proof that I was a genuine customer.
After reading reviews I am not holding out any hope that my appeal will be successful.
This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I?ll be avoiding this Aldi in the future, and I?d advise others to be very cautious ? even a quick visit can lead to a parking fine.

Although I have a bank statement clearly showing we had made a purchase during that time, the store refused to help ? saying they needed a receipt, which I no longer had.
I appealed the fine and was still rejected, despite showing proof that I was a genuine customer. I also emailed Aldi customer service directly, but never received a response.
This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I?ll be avoiding this Aldi in the future, and I?d advise others to be very cautious ? even a quick visit can lead to a fine, and Aldi won?t support you once it happens.

Needed foam balls for my Scout Group, but up until a visit to Aldis the prices had been really high. Well worth the visit.

They restrict quantities of some products like water even if they have truck load which their other Aldi stores don't do.

The shop is ok but do not trust parking Eye photograph the system to gain the evidence against them, I will do their utmost to try and get every penny out of you. If you popping in the morning and then go in the afternoon they say that you've been there all day and try and charge you accordingly. There is no contact numbers for parking eye they only do it on their portal based website.

Disappointed with the customer service during my visit as a tourist from Sweden. My child asked two staff members for help, but both responded coldly. At self-checkout, the staff member was rude and threw a shopping bag at us without a word. Not the kind of experience we?re used to. Hope Aldi addresses this.
Update: Aldi Customer Services responded quickly and took my concerns seriously. They assured me the store manager is addressing the issue, and I appreciate their commitment to improving customer service.

It's fine. Just be careful to use the consoles on your way out. Register your car reg number. Otherwise they can fine you.

Store is great. New parking rules are terrible and will put me off coming here. Really dumb. If you have anpr why is there a need to input reg for a redundant ticket.
Really sad as I liked the store after the refurb but this implementation ruins everything.
