If I could give no stars I would. The 'boy' works this morning on 24/5/23 at 9:30am at hamlet court road savers said 'I DONT APPRECIATE CRYING CHILDREN' with a disgusting tone. Then proceeded to go on and make it worse.Who in their right mind would say that to a parent?! Why would you say that to a parent who just clearly wants to get in the shop, get their bits and go as soon as possible. Some 'boy' who doesn't know what's going on with someone else's child. How disrespectful can you be?!Who knows what he says to other customers!!!Get him out!!!

Love this store in Hamlet Court Road Westcliff. Its better organised than the Southend High Street store and less cluttered. Staff are helpful and appear less stressed so always offer a smile and a chat x
