Wonderful wonderful wonderful! I ordered a hand tied large bouquet to cheer my mum up before she starts her chemo. Not only did heidi get the choice of flowers spot on and perfect for mum to go on to use in her ikebana, she also jumped into action when mums chemo date got brought forward, making and delivering the bouquet within hours. Seeing mum smile is especially precious at the moment, thank you for making that happen xx

The best florist ever!! Made You Look is a gorgeous shop, and Heidi is able to create the most beautiful pieces, whilst giving advice and her expertise in such a friendly way. I have bought bouquets and funeral pieces from Heidi, as well as wedding flowers - pictured here. All I knew is that I wanted the flowers to be colourful and that I had a budget to work to, Heidi did the rest and I was absolutely over the moon. The florist also hosts brilliant wreath making workshop at Christmas. Go and visit!

Not impressed A very bored guy serving the food. Place is in need of a good deep clean dirty grill sticky floor and uninteresting food served in silence . No atmosphere Only good thing Coffee was nice though. But not cheap and served lukewarm

Frank & Luna's you really need to up your milkshake game. I ordered a coffee milkshake and it was basically like room temperature watery latte and very bitter. It hadn't been blended with ice and as far as I could tell, had no ice cream in it either. Complete waste of money. On the plus side the bagels are nice.

A very friendly coffee shop with great options for vegans and veggies as well. I had the club sandwich and it?s honestly one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! Good value too!

I've been meaning to visit this place ever since it opened and I'm so glad that I eventually got around to it! Me and my partner popped in, early afternoon on a Sunday. You seat yourself and order at the bar. The music playing was great, a playlist and not just the radio which I appreciate. Great selection of food on the menu, depending on your diet or how hungry you are. Also a good selection of alcohol which is nice for brunch and early evenings. We both went for the Breakfast Smoothie and I had the Avo, Chorizo, Spring Onion and Coriander on Garlicky Sourdough whilst my partner just had the Toasted Banana Bread with Cinnamon Butter. There was a little wait for our food and we did notice that a couple that ordered after us were served quite a bit before us even though our meals weren't too different. Fortunately, for me, this was made up by how absolutely delicious the food was. Everything was perfect and beautifully presented. Only negative point I have was that the paper lining on the plate eventually started coming apart and merged with the food. My partner wasn't too keen on the Banana bread as it was quite dry and the cinnamon butter was too sickly which was a shame. Prices were great for the quality of the food, very affordable compared to what other places are charging. We'll definitely be back! Great little find.

Fancied a vegan brunch so went for a little stroll on my own and came to frank and lunas. It?s just off of hamlet court road. I use to come here a lot before I went plant based and have the halloumi sandwich which is delicious 10/10. Today I decided to have the portobello mushrooms on garlicky sour dough for £5. Was very yummy and filling. The atmosphere in here is very relaxing, nice place to come with a friend or on your own. The staff are always polite. Lots of options for plant based milks such as almond, oat, soya and coconut. I know they have to keep the menu relatively small as it?s not a massive kitchen they have to cook but I would love to see a vegan sausage added to the menu so then I could have it with the vegan breakfast or in a sandwich. Overall a nice place to pop into for breakfast/brunch

Come here often, best place in town for a full English and the salt beef beigel is unreal! Also, so nice to have the option of a local craft beer.

I haven?t been here for a while, but it?s still a fantastic place. Staff are friendly, the full breakfast is superb and the coffee continues to be the best in Westcliff. 5/5

Having visited F & L 2 years ago, see my review from March 2019 where I gave it 5 stars, I fancied a return visit as I remember having a great breakfast. Sadly this was not repeated on this occasion. When we arrived we were the second table to be seated the rest of the tables were empty. There was plenty of staff working behind the counter so the place was not busy or short staffed. Therefore I really couldn't fathom why the service was so slow. Firstly, the service was extremely slow it took an age to bring my husband his drink and then a while later for my drink to arrive. Why they couldn't have been brought to the table at the same time I don't know. The same happened with our breakfasts. We waited a very long time for them to arrive and when they did one arrived and then the other a short while later. Just bring them out at the same time. Secondly, the full breakfast was incredibly disappointing and was certainly not of the same standard that I experienced on my previous visit. For £9 I would expect more than one sausage and baked beans to be present. What I thoroughly disliked most was a third of my plate taken up with rocket ie garnish. I eat rocket when it's presented in a salad however it doesn't belong on the plate of a full English breakfast. Was it to make up for the fact that you had no beans I wonder? Thirdly, whilst the breakfast was tasty it was warm and not hot. So why didn't I say something at the time? My husband and I were so hungry at this point that we didn't want to wait for it to be re-cooked/re-heated/replaced so we just ate it. Overall a disappointing experience especially when compared to my previous visit. We waited far too long for our drinks and food. The food was warm instead of hot, rocket instead of baked beans on a breakfast and for £9 it was poor value as my husband and I left still feel hungry. It was certainly not hearty. I also felt there was a lot of scrimping going on. The milk provided for the tea was inadequate, the sauces portions provided were also too small and the breakfast was small with a load of rocket taking up a third of the plate to bulk it out. For a £9 breakfast I recommend you get rid of the rocket, replace it with beans and add and extra sausage. Other cafés in Leigh seem to be able to manage this. Additionally they also offer table service too. Why do we have to order at the counter? You're not Wetherspoons and you're not charging cheap and cheerful Wetherspoons prices either.

Heidi had been amazing from start to finish with planning our wedding flowers. From our consultation she created a fantastic mood board and really understood the look we were after. The flowers look absolutely stunning, everyone complimented on how beautiful the flowers arrangements were and the colour scheme. We wished we could take every single flower used home with us! Went here again for cheese on toast and there must have been a different person cooking it. I had two slices of hard toast with so much melted cheese slapped on it it was welded together could not even cut into it as it was too thick and hard! So sad this time it was a horrible meal. So won't be going back
