Used this garage several times for my services and mots and have always found them to be professional, friendly and helpful.Today I stopped by with an issue and was seen immediately by Andy who diagnosed the problem immediately and corrected it only a few moments later.Great service as always.

What a lovely team at Inverness Garage. Sourced and fitted the part I needed for my car, fixed my parking sensor and did my MOT. Great communication and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

I?ve popped in to see if they could change my back brake pads and discs. They agreed to change them for me. I had already bought the discs and pads. I feel sorry for the Mechanic as he didn?t have the right tool to use to remove the discs, he tried his best manually, I was told on Friday that my van will have to wait until the next day as they could not spending any more time on it surprisingly I had a phone call the same afternoon to say my van is ready. They charge me £408 which should have only been two hours labour maximum. If They had the right equipment to do the job in the first place but it was not the mechanics fault because he didn?t have the tool. He only works for the company.When I paid for the work at the office the lady said we had to buy a Hydraulic disc puller to carry out the work I was just happy to get the van back on the road and paid I still need to get my hand brake cable adjusted as that wasn?t done after fitting new pads and discs I still need to leave it in gear as well. As a secondary handbrake

I took my car in for what I thought would be a straightforward MOT but it had some serious work needed that I was unaware of. The team were fantastic, very clear about what was necessary for safety and what was advisory, as well as what they would recommend to get the most out of the money needed. They sourced parts very quickly and were able to fit me in for repairs the same day, even though they were incredibly busy and it was 4+ hours work. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, even at 9am, in the pouring rain. I would definitely recommend the guys here and will definitely be using them again for any other issues myself!

quoted £800 plus VAT - got the repair done at another garage £165 all in, and they damaged my car!....I did try to get the damage sorted by the garage but got palmed off constantly! Would never go there again or recommend anyone go, the over charging seems to be a bit of a theme looking at the other reviews

Many thanks to Andy and Keith at Inverness Garage who helped me with a power steering fault. I was like a damsel in distress and they was very helpful and kind and was able to fit me in to check my car over. A big huge shout out to this amazing garage, recommended by Sarah. Our little green Audi TT's front bottom tray came loose - went in and they fixed it and pumped the tyre up for me. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU - I was able to get home safely. What is more is they did it while I waited and didn't charge me to put a couple of screws in - so kind, so thoughtful.
