God forbid your DPD parcel should be redirected to this appalling shop. The man who works here is incredibly rude, obstructive, and downright incompetent. Literally the most frustrating, shambolic customer service I have ever received. The man behind the till cannot follow basic instructions, has zero common sense, and refused to hand over my parcel which I needed urgently for my wedding the following day, despite me having a valid DPD collection QR code and proof of address. He caused me so much upset, to the point where other customers were pleading with him on my behalf to hand over my parcel and he flatly refused without even bothering to scan the DPD QR code. I still don?t understand what on earth his problem was and can only assume that he doesn?t know what he?s doing or was getting a kick out of causing upset just for the sake of it. He has done with other customers too. I will be complaining to DPD as this shop also leaves all the parcels unsecured out on the side (I wish I?d just grabbed mine rather than trying to collect it through the proper channel!) - they could easily be stolen. Avoid like the plague - this shop doesn?t deserve your custom. I cannot stress enough how staggeringly awful and spiteful the man who works here is, and I know of other people who?ve collected parcels from here who?ve also had a terrible experience.

Exceptionally poor service from very rude staff. Young man left serving in a shop who has absolutely no clue what he has to do to simply return a parcel via UPS. Trying to fob me off with 1 receipt for 3 items going to 3 different retailers!!! When you question it and ask for 3 separate receipts as is always given you get told to leave the shop. when asked why the items are being given back to me he says he doesn?t know and when asked why he doesn?t know he says he doesn?t know why he doesn?t know he?s just staff!!!! Customers all laughing at him?Why on earth leave someone in charge that doesn?t know what on earth he?s doing? if you want receipts for proof of return go somewhere else or you?ll end up with paying for your item coz you don?t have a receipt

A corner shop with heart! For such a tiny shop, they pack in a lot but I generally pop in for sweets and emergency milk! Unlike other corner shops locally, the staff are friendly and helpful if you can't find what you want, with a cheery chat and a smile. When my child was learning to pay in shops, we chose Dolly's as I knew they'd be kind to her and not impatient.....as a small independent shop, they value us locals and it shows!
