rather embarrassing customer service. spent thousands on bath and vanity which obviously took months to be available then had to be delivered immediately it was ready. delivered boxed and then when finally unwrapped fitted was scratched on the front. my wife called to ask about how best to repair and was offered a touch up kit for £20 and basically accused of lying- it can?t be moved in the box ?. obviously like all products there is a disclaimer about unboxing but we really didn?t want a vanity kicking about unwrapped in a spare bedroom so had no expectations of anything other than some simple customer service such as an apology and perhaps some help regarding how to repair. ho hum. be warned much like albion as a whole at present not very impressive.

We have finally installed our new bathroom with a bath and vanity unit from Albion, and we couldn't be happier. Lee was very helpful throughout helping us make the right choices for taps and spouts, the products arrived when we expected them and they are beautiful! Really impressed with how well the bath holds the water hot!

Appalling customer service, the worst I have seen. Having spent £17k on bathroom fittings from Albion, there were several missing parts and like other posts they have refused to deliver the more expensive item - a missing hand shower - without being paid again. I would not recommend anyone spending (wasting) any money here.

Terrible customer care, parts missing after spending many thousand and now after bathrooms been in couple of years terrible quality. Seals failing constantly and how dare I call them! The owner is rude and once taken your money doesn?t give a dam! Go elsewhere what ever you do. Products initially look good but very sub standard. 110% do not recommend

I purchased a Victorian-style bath, shower, sink & toilet from this company 13 years ago. I have always loved it. I noticed that the bath water was running away tho'. So I contacted Albion to see if they could advise me what the problem could be. I was sent a new plug seal, free, by the owner, Phil. Problem fixed. Superb service..

I wanted to share about a recent experience with Albion that confirms our opinion of the company.4 years ago we ordered a full bathroom suite and to this day it?s been perfect. No issues and great quality. It was expensive but the quality matches. At the time we were very happy with the service we received.However, three months ago we noticed the bath mixer would only run warm water, whereas other taps in the bathroom and house ran hot as normal. I emailed Albion to ask if they had a new mixer in stock, stating I?d pop down to collect it. I was fully prepared to purchase a new one and made that clear in the email. I was very surprised to get a call from lee who clearly remembered us and had our details to hand. He spent the best part of 30 minutes convincing me not to buy a new mixer from them as he felt this wasn?t the issue. Instead he made numerous other suggestions and things to test. I resolved the issue and it indeed wasn?t the tap. He called back a week later to check how I got on.We received exceptional and caring customer service and would not only use Albion again but have also recommended them to our friends.

Albion bath have wide choices of the size and model of bathtubs, Fast delivery. Superb pre-sales advice. 1500 Etruscan bath is perfect for me to soak in.Very comfortable and relex.Taps and ceramics go very well with the bath. Love my bathroom. Thanks for ALBION providing such nice products and services.

Jacqui is spot on. These people are useless. Once they have your money the service starts to deteriorate. They failed to deliver a plug and waste on a 3k bath - I was in Sydney when it was delivered. When I got home and discovered that the delivery pallet had literally been dropped at the steps to my home by courier and these pieces (which were paid for) had not been left, I phoned. In fact I?ve phoned and written several times, without success or callback. One bloke I did have the misfortune to speak with sat somewhere between obtuse and ?couldn?t give a damn? on the customer service scale. Take it from me - if you?ve had a great experience you?re lucky but if you are crazy enough to order from these cowboys and it goes wrong, you?re on your own. Pathetic organisation

Superb pre-sales advice and customer service when we bought our bath, basins and toilet suite which has been followed up with excellent after-sales support . Overall our customer experience has exceeded expectations.

Please, do not order from this company! Ordered an extremely expensive bathtub from them which arrived with an extremely damaged finish. We notified them the exact same day the tub was unpacked from it's original shipping packaging. They claim that we have somehow inflicted the damage on the tub of our own accord, and are ignoring us completely. As this was shipped to the US, we are without recourse and are now out $8,000. BEWARE!

The first review I wrote was removed by Qype, who were under the impression that I was complaining about faulty goods and lack of service, outside of the warranty period. I proved that wasn't the case, but they have still not reposted my review, which is incredibly annoying. Anyway, I cant really be bothered to rewrite the whole thing, but I personally would stay well away from this company. They are quite probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only positive I could give them is that they are consistent, I feel their product reliability is as appalling as their service. Don't be fooled by the looks id agree that their products look good, but in my experience they really aren't worth the hassle. A special commendation for selling me a shower that actually didn't exist the mock up picture had never been translated to a working productyet they took my money and just missed it out of the order. Genius. I will Avoid in the future!
