If you want a good nights sleep, don't bother staying here. Was woke up by 2 men upstairs stomping about in their bedroom on the top floor at 3pm onwards. Felt absolutely shattered after are nights stay.
Reception staff quite helpful, but dinning room staff rude & arrogant, with a very off hand manor. Would not recommend!

You can't really fault a Premier Inn for value and a comfortable night's sleep, and especially not this one. Friendly staff, good parking, next door to pub that serves good food (do pay a visit there!).

Second time staying here. Close to the pub we were going to. Easy to find and get to.
Has a car park which is free. Staff helpful and friendly on arrival.
Room was big enough. Comfy bed had large area if space in the room to store bags or suitcases. Had tea and coffee if you wanted. Tv worked. Had a shower and bath. Perfect stay.

You get what you pay for. Large room with comfy bed. Breakfast is ok apart from the tasteless sausages.

This was my third stay at the Premier Inn in Waltham Abbey, and after two great visits before, I had high expectations. My excitement was slightly dampened when I didn't see Nicola at the reception (I mean, how could they start my stay without her?).
But I was early (yes, I?m that person), and since breakfast was calling my name before check-in, I indulged in the continental spread?which was as delightful as always. To my surprise and joy, Nicola appeared, not at the front desk but in the breakfast area, like a hero swooping in to save the day! She came over to say hello, and of course, I explained I was early and politely asked if she could work her magic for an early check-in.
And magic she did! Not only did Nicola arrange everything, but she even saved me the hassle of going to reception by bringing my room card directly to me. Talk about VIP treatment! Honestly, I can't express enough gratitude to Nicola? the Best. Staff. Member. Ever!
Rooms: Clean and easy to access
Food and drinks: Had the continental and it was lovely

Pub next door closed so had to go elsewhere to eat evening meal. Breakfast on site. Mostly accessible but doors to room area rather heavy. Lots of parking with some accessible parking. Watch out for non-disabled drivers parking in blue badge areas. Receptionist not very helpful. Breakfast staff good.
