Clean, but dog water is nearly always empty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free but you can spend an age to get out of the car park.

The Girls at the groom room are exceptional.They have helped me so much with my dad dog Teddy.Nothing is to much trouble.They know my dad very ill and even offered if he needed shopping.We have used walthamabbey pets at home for around 7 yrs .Dad lives in edmonton but I take Ted his dog to walthamabbey as Teddy is so loved there by your Girls.There above and beyond.Dad recently had heart attack so not good and Ted wouldn't go anywhere without dad.But he let's me take him to your Groom room.Teddy is happy with your staff.There brilliant x

Totally disgusted with the groom room as it apparently cannot fix a problem they have had for at least 2 weeks they don?t seem to think it is a priority to complete the work so their clients can bring there pets in for cancelled appointment what a way to run a business must be making to much money to worry about the pets of clients

we bought a dog harness and a new chain dog lead today - we have a new puppy and have been struggling to train him. sophia at Pets at Home waltham abbey was so helpful to my wife and i and gave us lots of valuable advice and was patient fitting a harness on our dog, then anotehr sized one and it has been so helpful to us so we wanted to say thanks.

They didn't get their raw food delivery so freezers were more or less empty which is a bit annoying when you don't live in the area. So then tried Chingford.. also out of stock. Today tried Gants hill but no beef mince here either. Disappointed that vets aren't open at the weekend. Plus they've just put their monthly care plan up to £22 from £14 per month. Go figure ????!

From receptionists to vets, everyone is really lovely and welcoming here. My pets can get quite scared coming to the vets, understandably so, but they're always so reassuring and sweet and make things so much easier for them.
