Staff were friendly and quick but I asked for them to check if a gingerbread man contained Hazelnuts due to allergies and they said they had to check on their ipad (which I was told wasn't working) Fair enough I could have used my phone but I thought they could tell me tbh. My child asked for it when in the shop so couldn't check beforehand.
Also outside the shop was very dirty. Lots of dog poo and pigeon poo on entrance. Clearly there is a pigeon problem so spikes or some type of deterrent is needed here.
Food was tasty though!

The young guy working over the counter barley open to talk when you ask about something. He talks very quiet you can?t even understand what he says. Everyone knows nothing but a lot of attitude

Happy and helpful staff as ever! Though did have to wait for fresh stock but my fault for going at changeover between breakfast and normal food.

Disgusting shop. Leaving baguette on a dirty counter whilst you sort the breakfast. Not to mention theres no cups for hot drinks?! How on earth does that even happen? Staff sorely unhelpful. Wont be stopping at this greggs again
