I added garlic dippers to my order instead of chicken strips by mistake which was my fault but then had called instantly once made the order to change it, I had to call 5 times before anyone answered, I was then told they couldn?t change it because they had already put it in the oven so I accepted this, once the order had arrived I realised they had got the order wrong & in actual fact had not even sent us garlic dippers at all so they could have changed them in the first place for chicken strips as I had ordered a deal bundle so would not have changed the cost, at this point I called the branch & was told they would now send chicken strips but was very rude & just hung up the phone, I then received a call 10 minutes later saying they now can?t send the chicken strips because it was not on my order, I then tried to explain it?s a deal on there website & they was also a option so it would not make a difference they became very argumentative & at this point felt they was just being awkward because they did not want to rectify there mistake, would not recommend using this branch especially don?t deal with them personally as are rude & hard to speak to, they could all take a class on customer service in my opinion being a business owner myself I would not have anyone of them work for my company

Can't even go into store as there is no one at the counter so you can't even order came at 12:38 can here them talking in the back but there's no one there absolutely terrible.

Ended up here when we took the wrong turn, trying to get somewhere else but it was a good thing cos we were hungry. As always, Domino's pizza is always a hit and this didn't disappoint either. Ordered one to eat in the car and when we noticed the garden across, got a second one and service was really fast. Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely DREADFUL here !! Staff are utterly rude !! Behaving as though they are doing you a favour !! The paying customer !!Order was not deliveredDriver could not care lessThey marked the order as deliveredWe had to call the Waltham abbey store. We had to insist on a refund !! The staff said ?a refund ?!!?and then said ?you didn?t pick up the phone when the driver called? Our fault apparently!! Despite the fact we spent 20 mins trying to direct the driver to us.
