Very disappointed in the cafe in this garage. I was told I never asked for a certain dietary requirement and I obviously did and then argues with me and tells me never to come back his name is Lee the chef in this establishment and also seen him coughing into hands and then touching food I think I may just get food hygiene and environmental health involved as it causes major concern especially at this time very sad to say this but its true.

My son went to the BP garage at Waltham Abbey, because the Service staion's website said that- despite it being Boxing day- it is open from 7am- 11pm. I do feel that if BP is going to be shut, it should say so. My son couldn't get to work because of this. At least Tesco announced on their site that they are closed on Boxing day.
