Been on 27/11 before closing time. Now the shop looks like a prison coridor , thanks to all of the cameras in every single corner and monitors, which stares right into your face, making you feel like a guilty person on EVERY. SINGLE. CORNER. however came up with this idea and implemented it, is a SICK person and has to see a doctor straight away ! You don't do a prison out of the convenience shop !

came into tesco with my brother (18) and me and my boyfriend who are 2 years younger getting a meal deal and my brother got an energy drink and the staff said he wasn't allowed it even with id because we're with him. we literally had chocolate milkshakes with our meal deal since we don't drink energy drinks yet still wasn't allowed.
made my brother go get another drink or we wasn't getting served..
even if it ain't allowed then would you still serve a redbull to a father or mother with a baby in a pram? yes you would.

Extremely bad customer service from the two women working around the 8pm shift on Friday 14th July. One was middle aged and had a short black bob hairstyle and another one looked younger and taller and had blonde hair. They were blocking an aisle I was walking through to get to the till. I said "excuse me" to which they ignored. This resulted in one of my my items falling as I tried to squeeze through. To my disbelief they still stood there talking, turned to look at me and then left. On the other hand, the young man working there was helpful, but the other two women very extremely and purposefully rude. I have never encountered such people before.

I?m a regular customer in tesco express in tilbury.I came across a very rude ,unprofessional worker and really not helpful.Never experienced such bad customer service in my life.His name is MoHe started threatening me by saying that he can banned me from my local and favourite shop, because i asked him for his full name or employer number.

I went in this shop begging for a bottle of water, after using rolling skates for long trip and finished my water. When I approached the door of Tesco the security said to go out, as I?m not allowed in the shop with my skates.I was there, NOT to have fun with my skates, i only wanted to shop some water (this days when 30 degrees hit UK)I NEVER HAD TROUBLE WITH MY SKATES IN THE SHOPS.I cannot take my skates out and walk in my socks because I needed a bottle of water and I cannot either carry 5L of water while I skate.Unprofessional security keeping customers out in a rude manner.Hire a kind person to protect your shop, not to chase away customers.Now even if I?m not with my skates, i will never come back to this shop.

It would be much appreciated if you could ask your staff not to keep the store?s phone in their pocket on silent mode. I rang the store 10 times to ask a question, then had no choice but to walk there as the phone wasn?t answered at all. The chap admitted that the phone was in his pocket on silent mode. This happened at 9pm today. Whether if he put it back on ?normal mode? after i left, i guess we will never find out!
