I very rarely go inside a Mcds, this one has had major changes since the last time I visited. Since the whole change inside, service is very slow. Had to order via the screens, I'd prefer to be served by a human. Very busy. Lots of people waiting on orders and lots of people dining in. Food was good. Fresh and hot.

The staff are shocking. I chose the option to have my meal brought to my table just the have the staff member put my food on the collection counter and shout out my table number then just say ?hello? whilst staring at me and making me gonna collect my food myself. By no means am I above collecting my own food but when you offer table service and I choose that option, you should commit to doing so.

They don't grasp the concept of fast food here.
After waiting, what felt like an eternity for our food, what was served was atrocious and shouldn't even be fed to a dog. I had a McSpicy and it had clearly been sat for ages as it was unbelievably dry and dehydrated.
Every single time I've been here, I've had to wait 10-20 minutes.
Bring back the old system of having pre-made burgers. The food isn't fresh regardless of when it was heated up.

Only 2 orders per car allowed even with no one behind me, policy it's nowhere to be seen or found online, had to go around twice to get 3 orders, waste of fuel, waste of time, horrible service.

Two items missing from my delivery. Phoned the store 3 times, no one answered. Drove down to the store, staff were absolutely useless and refused to give me the food that was missing and said it's Ubers problem to who gave me a pathetic £2 refund which didn't even cover a quarter of what my missing food cost.

It must be the local take away in this area and staff are not up to coping with it. But about ten people stood watching the screen with the manager really great
