I called today to check if there was a space for me to do my nails. I was told it was full. The person on the phn said wait! She asked me what I needed, I told her. She then said they can do one at 6:15pm. I went in @ 6:08pm, I told them I could talk a little walk then get back for the booked time. Before living to go buy time, the lady who had a mask who I was not able to recognise because of wearing a mask told me to rebook for another as they were busy.
Can you be kind enough to call the client before the client comes in other than turning them down? The lady also obviously did not think I have there before. Take the person's number to ensure you call them incase you decided not to have work done.

Worst nails service probably in the world! They are so greedy, trying to fit 20 people in 1 hour with one technician and as a result end up doing sh...it work. Always running late. Quality of their work is terrible! I recently had acrylic nails full set done, ive spent there 1,5 hours being bounced from one technician to another and sitting around waiting because whole place was just so disorganised and chaotic, bare in mind I've booked my appointment in advance with a specific technician. She was in such a rush and did horrific job on my nails. There was glue and gel all over my fingers and on cuticle and I was charge £50 for that work. Officially that was my last visit to their salon, never again!

I started coming in this nail salon since February, the reason is because I live in the village you can walk in without appointment. I come there once a month to do my gel but this man that who always does my nails I don?t like his attitude towards the customers because he don?t give a chance for the customers what they want to their nail. I am paying every visit between £35 - 40 but can?t have what you want for your nails as he refuse to do it , we are paying for it for not doing what we want and he is s bit rude to me all the time. I won?t come there anymore as I was upset the way he speak to me not only me who experienced this but even my mate as well . Hope the owner or manager will talk about this staff otherwise they lose customers. He is always sitting at very end. I was upset when I left after he done my nails . Totally unprofessional. Arrived 5 minutes before my 3pm appointment and was asked 10 minutes later to come back at 4pm. No explanation. Needless to say I will not return.

Really happy with my gel pedicure and mani. Lots of colour choices, lovely service.They?re popular and it can get busy so allow a little extra time so you?re not under time pressure.

I didn?t get what I wanted and they have charged me £45 for something that I didn?t like or want with a poor explanation. She has done this to me before charging me more than she does anyone else. My nails look horrible and I am going to another nail shop to change them. I had forgotten that she once charged me more because I had one nail a different colour from the others. A complete ripoff. Maybe she should realise that they shouldn?t overcharge and then at least ask if they are Ok. No manners either.They are responding by making it sound like I had a new set of ombré nails, NOT TRUE I ONLY NEEDED INFILLS, I COMPLAINED THE LAST TIME THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND THE RECEPTIONIST TOOK OFF £10 SHE AGREED THAT I WAS BEING OVERCHARGED. I DID NOT THINK THAT THEY WOULD DO IT AGAIN. I CAN AFFORD TO PAY ANYTHING BUT IT WAS INFILLS AND THEY DIDN?T NEED TO DO MORE. THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN OR DO WHAT I WENT IN FOR OR ASK ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THEM, I HAVE SPOKEN TO A LOT OF PEOPLE ABOUT SMALL AND CUTE AND THEY WERE OVERCHARGED AS WELL AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE.Service: Manicure

Sophie and her team are the best in the area. They never overbook so you are left waiting as other salons do and they always remember how you like your nails. My nails last much longer than in other salons and I wouldn?t go anywhere else.
